The queen

Exercise is king.
Nutrition is queen.

Jack LaLanne said it for eighty years and lived to 96 proving it. The hour you spend with us is half the job. The other half is on your plate.

One rule.

“If man made it, don’t eat it.”

That’s it. Eat food in the form it grows. Vegetables — a lot of them, some raw. Fruit. Whole grains. Fish, eggs, legumes. Cut the white sugar and the white flour first; everything else gets easier after that.

Jack was saying this in 1953, long before anyone called it clean eating. It was revolutionary then. It’s just true now.

What we do about it.

We talk. Once a month, The Kingdom: 45 minutes of movement, then 15 minutes on what you’re actually eating.

We keep it simple. Principles, not prescriptions. No meal plans, no macros, nothing to buy at the desk.

We know our lane. We’re trainers, not dietitians. If you need a plan for a medical condition, we’ll point you to someone qualified — and cheer you on when you go.

Jack’s rules, in his words.

  • “People don’t die of old age, they die of inactivity.”
  • “Your waistline is your lifeline.”
  • “It’s not what you do some of the time that counts, it’s what you do all of the time.”
  • “It’s never too late.”
