FusionFit239™ — Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to everyone who visits our studio, books a class, buys a class pack or membership, uses our website, or texts with us. FusionFit239™ is a DBA of Gulf Coast Pilates LLC ("FusionFit239," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking or training with us, you agree to these terms.

  1. Bookings & Cancellations
    Classes are booked through our online booking system or app. Please cancel at least 12 hours before class so we can offer your spot to someone else. Late cancellations and no-shows may count as a used class. We may cancel or reschedule a class because of low enrollment, instructor availability, weather or other circumstances; if we do, the class will be returned to your account.
  2. Class Packs & Memberships
    We never require contracts. Class packs and memberships are personal to you and cannot be transferred or shared. Monthly memberships renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time before your next billing date. Prices are listed on our Prices page and may change with notice. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
  3. Health, Safety & Waiver
    Every client must sign our liability waiver before their first class. Please tell your instructor about any injuries, medical conditions or pregnancy before class, and check with your doctor before starting any new exercise program. Listen to your body and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. You participate at your own risk.
  4. Studio Conduct
    Please arrive on time, follow your instructor's directions, treat our equipment with care, and be respectful of other clients and staff. We may refuse service to anyone whose behavior is unsafe or disruptive.
  5. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent allowed by law, FusionFit239 and Gulf Coast Pilates LLC are not liable for injuries, losses or damages arising from your use of the studio, equipment or services, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
  6. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
    How you opt in: You opt in to text messages from FusionFit239™ when you text our business number, (239) 523-0000, or when you ask us (in person, by phone or online) to contact you by text.
    What we send: Conversational, one-to-one messages: replies to your questions and messages about your classes, bookings, membership and account. We do not send marketing or bulk text messages.
    Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us.
    Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
    Opting out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you've been unsubscribed. To start again, reply START.
    Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (239) 523-0000 or info@fusionfit239.com.
    Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
    Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
  7. Website Use
    Content on fusionfit239.com, including text, photos and logos, belongs to FusionFit239™ and may not be copied without permission. Class schedules and prices on the site may change without notice.
  8. Changes to These Terms
    We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
